=−2a+5b–4c–a+2b+3c

=−3a+7b–c

Step-by-step explanation:

2We have,

x

y

=y

x

…….. (1)

And x=2y ……. (2)

On putting the value of xin equation (2), we get

(2y)

Q1. 3a + 5b - 4c AND 2a - 5b - 4c

Answer: 1st step- Bring all like teams together

=> (3a+2a) + (5b-5b) + (-4c-4c)

2nd add the teams

=> 5a + 0 +(-8c)

=> 5a - 8c

Hence, (5a - 8c) is your answer

Q2. (x-y) + (y-x) + (2y-x)

Answer: Bring like teams together

=> (x-x-x)+ (-y+y+2y)

Now add them

=> (-x) + (2y)

=> 2y -x

Hence, your answer is (2y - x) or you can write it as (-x + 2y)
