The angular velocity is calculate by
w=2π÷T
w=2×3.14÷T , where T is 100÷60 is equal to 1.66.
w=6.28÷1.66
w= 3.78 and unit is per sec ( s-¹)

the liner velocity is r times to the angular velocity.
v= r×w
v=0.2×3.78
v = 7.56 ms-¹

Angular velocity is w;
w=100*2*pi*0.2
and linear velocity is v;
v=r*w
where r=0.2
Hope this gives you the idea...
