Answer:

  • 6.410kg
  • 88.85 INR

Step-by-step explanation:

Total vegetables bought by her:

  • 1850+4560= 6410 gm
  • In Kg= 6410/1000= 6.410 kg

Total Expenditure:

For Brinjal:

  • 16.60 per kg means 16.60 per 1000 gm
  • (1850X16.60)/ 1000= 30.71

For Tomatoes:

  • 12.75 per kg means 12.75 per 1000gm

Step-by-step explanation:

brinjal s bought by radha = 1850g

1850g in kg = 1850/1000=1.850kg

Now we know that the price of 1kg brinjal = 16.60 rupees

therefore price of 1.850 kg of brinjals will be = 1.850*16.60= 30.71 rupees

similarly for tomatoes ,

total tomatoes = 4560 g

4560g in kg = 4560/1000 = 4.560kg

we know that the price of 1 kg of tomatoes = 12.75 rupees

therefore price of 4.560kg of tomatoes will be = 4.560*12.75= 58.14 rupees

Now total Vegetables she bought in kg is equal to 1.850kg +4.560kg = 6.410kg

And total money she will have to pay to the shopkeeper will be = 30.71 + 58.14 = 88.85 rupees
