suhas age will be 2x

Their present age will be
Radhika's - x+10
suhas - 2x+10
age ratio =
(x+10)/(2x+10)=3/4
by cross multiplication
4x+40=6x+30
6x-4x=40-30
2x=10
x=5
Radhika's present age
=5+10=15
Suhas's present age=2*5+10 =20
Sum of their ages=15+20 =35
