As a watch loses 3 minutes in 4 hours, so it will loose 18 minutes per day.
To show the correct time it has to loose 24 hours so that the time will be of 1 day before i.e. 24 hours and it will be the same.
Means watch has to loose 1440 minutes which when divided by 18 gives 80 days.
Hence, after 80 days it will show the correct time as 12 noon.
