As given in the question that Raju covers 40 metres in one round. So surely he will go along the circumference.

Hence, the length of the track or circumference is 40 metres.

From the formula of finding circumference,

2*π*r = circumference

where, r is radius of circle

So, 2*3.14*r = 40

--> 6.28r = 40

--> r = 40/6.28 = 6.37m

So radius of circular track is 6.37 metres.

Now, we can find the area enclosed by the circular track by the formula

Area = π*r*r

-->> area = 3.14 × 6.37 × 6.37

= 127.41 metre^2

Hence, area enclosed by the circular track is 127.41 metre^2
