Ram covers a distance of hundred kilometre with the variable speed for the first half of his journey the speed was 20 kilometre per hour and during the rest of history the speed was the 40 kilometre per hour calculate the average speed of the RAM during his whole journey​

so the time (t1)he took for his 1st half is

(50/20)h

=2.5h

At second half he was at a speed of 40km/h

so time(t2)he took for his 2nd half is

(50/40)h

=1.25h

Average speed = total distance /time

=100000m/13500s

=7.40m/s
