Ram is standing behind Gaurav and at the same time Gaurav is standing behind Ram. How is this possible?

1st it may be possible if there r 2 people named gaurav ....... one standing behind ram and other in front of him
another possibility is there if they are standing in a circle with both at the opposite sides with gaurav looking out and ram in or vice versa
