Ram stop the box from sliding down the inclined plane what is the nature of net force acting on an object( balanced or unbalanced) what are the forces acting on the object in sliding down.

Friction force and gravitational force acts on the box.when we stop the box,our applied force also acts on it.so,the net force is zero.It is balanced.When we move the box against the frictional force of inclined plane,net force is not zero.
