due to high kinetic energy particles move faster in hot water this the mixture dissolves CuSO4 faster
but in cold water  the particles having less kinetic energy dissolves CuSO4 slower

The colour of water in each beaker would turn blue after the crystals are dissolved. But the colour change would be faster in hot water as it has high kinetic energy of its water molecules and it would be slower in cold water as the kinetic energy of the particles is  lower.
