= 5xr + 100x = 547500   (2)

Subtracting equation (1) from (2) we get

2xr = 73000

xr = 36500

substituting this in 1st instance

3* (36500) +100x = 474500

109500 + 100x = 474500

100x = 474500 - 109500 = 365000

x = 365000/100  = 3650 = Sum

x * r = 36500

3650 * r = 36500

r = 36500/3650 = 10

Rate = 10%
