salaries are 4x,6x
savings are 3y,2y
6x \times  \frac{20}{100}  = 2y \\  \\ x =  \frac{10y}{6}
putting value of x in 4x---40y/6

percentage of savings of A is
 \frac{3y}{ \frac{40y}{6} }  \times 100 \\  \\   \frac{18y}{40y}  \times 100
A saves 45%
