 \frac{ \sqrt{2} +  \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{2} - \sqrt{3} }

               by Rationalization

 \frac{( \sqrt{2 } +  \sqrt{3})^2}{( \sqrt{2})^2 -  ( \sqrt{3})^2 }

 \frac{ 2 + 3 + 2 \sqrt{6} }{2 - 3 }

 \frac{5 + 2 \sqrt{6}  }{-1}

-5 - 2
√6  = a + b√3

On Comparing ,

a = - 5
b = -2√2

i hope this will help you
