RAVI AND HIS GRANDMOTHER

Ravi was a boy who used to live in village with his grandmother. Ravi loved his grandmother very

much.His grandmother was not well.She often groaned with pain.The doctor advised to walk

regularly.The doctor said the only remedy is to walk 2 Kms.Ravi asked his grandmother to go for

walk.But she was not interested.She said,”Where will I go for walk in this village”?

Ravi sincerely wanted his grandmother to get well. For days he kept thinking. Meanwhile passing

through a nearby temple he had an idea.He met the priest of the temple and asked for help. Next day

the priest met his grandmother.He said ,”If you complete four rounds of the temple for next six moths

Ravi will perform well in Final examinations.The distance between his house and Temple is 200 m.The boundary of the temple is square in shape and

it measures 100 m on each side.Grandma started going to the Temple and happily completed four

rounds of temple daily.Therefore Ravi was successful in his idea.Rsvi studied sincerely.He stood first in

his Exam and Grandma too got rid of her pain completely.

the distance between home and temple is 200 meter and the distance his grandmother travelled from temple to home back is 1800 as the perimeter of the square distance is 400 and she takes four round so the distance become 4×400=1600+200 =1800 ans.
