Ravi borrowed rs 2000 at 2% per annum and rs 1000 at 5% per annum.he cleared his debt after 2 years after giving rs 2800 and a watch. Want is the cost of the watch.

At SI,
     I₁=2000*2*2/100=80
 Amt₁=2080
   I₂=1000*5*2/100=100
Amt₂=1100
  Total amt after two years = 3180

An amt of 2800 is paid in cash 
Remaining =3180-2800= Rs.380

SO the Cost of the watch is Rs380
