This is a quote taken from the one and only greatest playwright William Shakespeare's tragedy "Julius Caesar".

A. ans) Here, the people who are always afraid to face difficut situations and problems, who often run from real struggles and thinks of the worst possiblity are referred here. They are "coward" according to Caesar.

He is telling this to his wife as she is afraid of his life outside.

B. ans) He is speaking to his wife Calpurnia.

C. ans) According to Julius Caesar, he finds it strange for people to fear death as death is evident in a mortal's life. Fearing death and running away from it is not the best solution to avoid death. To him, death cannot be avoided.
