Some are like fields of sunlit corn,
Meet for a bride on her bridal morn,
Some, like the flame of her marriage fire,
Or, rich with the hue of her heart's desire,

Like her bridal laughter and bridal tear.

  1. the bangle sellers are speaking tree above lines. They are going to the temple fair to sell the bangles
  2. this poem describes the the life of an Indian women at each stage through a colour of a bangle.... in this line the poetess is trying to explain the emotions that bride has on her marriage day- the expectations the desire the nervousness of the bride is compared to the rich golden yellow, orange and the red colour of bangles.
  3. the colour of bangles of a bride is compared to the sunlight corn- this is an example of simile -because they are compared
  4. aabbcc... because the first line rhymes with the second the third line rhymes with IV and v line rhymes with sixth
  5. blue ,silver, the colour of a droplet that cleaves on new born leaves or the pinkish red colour of buds are suitable for a maiden's wrist.
