A clerk comes late to the office. He was directly called in his manager's room. He was asked my his manager why he is late today. He remain silent for few seconds than he replied. He says his watch was working slow. After listening the reason the manager changes in expression.He directly replied " either you must get a new watch or I must get a new clerk"...

A manager who had several clerks. One day he found that one of his clerk was coming late daily.so he decided to treat him.next day he asked him why u come late after few seconds the clerk reply sir, my mother is suffering from illness but I have no money to hospitalized her so I am doing her all works as making food for my father and me also I clean the whole house and then come to office that's why I become late after listening to him the manager eyes filled with tears I give him salary and ask him to get her mother to best hospital and you can come to office late if you want to take holidays you can take the cloth and his manager and start doing work with more confidence and happiness.
