Gender inequalities in work places of of India and any other nation is evident .so many work places are male dominate to mean women have very little chances of geting space to showcase what they have .This is major menace that should be curbed since it deprives the people their rights for exercise their skills .Some skills such as engineering may be taught to a girl who in turn will end up not being an engineer but a hair dresser for such is what is considered to be women fields .
