Reason for Plastic Pot Non Melting While Heating
I want to know the correct reason that, when we warm the water in a plastic pot, and we found that the water is warming, but plastic is not melted. Why?

because if we heat the plastic pot it then easily melts but when filled up with water and then made to heat under a flame the heat will then be absorbed by the water and so even we heat it the water will absorb that heat.
