Hello friend...!!

• amplitude : it is the maximum displacement of the sound wave form the mean position.

• intensity of sound wave : sound power per unit area is called intensity of sound wave.

• the relationship between amplitude and intensity Of the sound wave is

Intensity α (amplitude) ^2

Intensity is directly proportional to the square of the amplitude.

Hello Dear.

Here is the answer---

→→→→→→→→→

The Relation between the Amplitude and the Intensity of the Sound Wave is ⇒

              Intensity ∝ Amplitude²

If the Intensity increases then the amplitude also increases by the square of the magnitude and vice versa.

⇒ Intensity is the amount of Sound energy passing in one second normally when the sound source is placed in the unit area. The S.I. Unit of the Intensity is W/m².

⇒ Amplitude is the Maximum Height of the Crest or the depth of the Troughs. The S.I. Unit of the Amplitude is m.

→→→→→→→→→→

Hope it helps.

Have a Good Day.
