THEREFORE DENSITY OF SILVER = RELATIVE DENSITY X DENSITY OF WATER 


WE ALREADY KNOW THE DENSITY OF WATER IS 10³ kg m-³

SO DENSITY = 10.8 X 10³

SI UNIT OF DENSITY = kg/m³

SO DENSITY OF SILVER = 10.8 X 10³ kg m-³

Relative density of silver=10.8

Relative density= \frac{density\: of\: silver}{Density\: of\; water}

Density of silver=Relative density of silver × density of water

⇒                           10.8×10³kg m³
