[ remember 0.93 bar on 3 = 0.9333333.... ]
Let x = 0.933333....
10x = 10 × 0.933333......
= 9.333333....
100x = 100 × 0.9333332....
= 93.333333...…
So here as we saw in 100x and 10x the digits after the decimal point [.] are same ie. 333...
So if we will subtract them then we will be able to get a whole number.
100x - 10x = 93.33333..... - 9.333333....
=> 90x = 84
=> x = 84/90 = 42/45
Now since 42/45 is in the rational form. That is your answer.
