Rational numbers like natural numbers and integers can be represented on a number line.
Steps to do--
Step 1: First, draw a straight line with arrows at the end of both sides.
Step 2: Mark 0 in the middle of the line and mark points 1,2,3 and so on, on the right of the 0 with equal spacing between them.
Step 3: Mark points -1,-2,-3 and so on, on the left of 0 with equal spacing between them.
Step 4: Now, divide each space between numbers into equal portions based on the denominator of the rational numbers. Here it's 11.
Step 5: Lastly, mark the required divisions that are equal to the numerators.

Make a number extending from -1 to 1
Between -1 and 0 make 11 markings at equal gaps
Mark them as -1/11, -2/11, -3/11 ......
Encircle or mark 2/11 , -5/11 and -9/11 as A, B and C
