Reptile lays eggs on land whereas frog lays eggs in water.
Reptiles lay less number of eggs than frogs. Their eggs are protected with a calcium carbonate shell which protects them from environmental conditions. On the other hand, eggs of frog are slimy and soft and profound in number. Out of hundreds only few survive.
