Palindromic sequence are those sequences recognised By Restriction endonucleases which are read the same on both the strands ie ., Same in 5'-3' and 3'-5' enna.
For EcoR1,Palindromic site is GAATTC on both the strands.
For Sma1,Palindromic site is CCCGGG on both the strands.
