Answer:

  • Reversible change is when the substance can return back to it's original matter. Example- Water (Can be Solid,Liquid or Gas)
  • While Irreversible change is when the substance has attained it's change and cannot return. Example-Cooked food.

  • Chemical change is when a substance is changed chemically. Example- Change in Atomic number, Number of molecules added etc.
  • Physical change is when a substance has only changed physically. Example- Again, Water (When it is kept in freezer, it becomes solid from being liquid and when kept in room temperature returns to liquid state.)
