Rial is the official currency of Iran.
Since "toman" is no longer the official unit of Iranian currency, most of the Iranians express the amounts of money as well as prices of goods based on the "tomans".
One "toman" equals 10 rials and they are expressed in the different formats.
With the varied usage, net amount of the money along with the prices the goods are quite virtual.
