It's 4950 as
First he saves 10% of 5000= 500 in discount . So price becomes 5000-500=4500
And
He have to pay 10% sales tax , i.e. , 10% of 4500= 450
So actual cost=4500+450=4950

He saves 50 rupees in discount.
