Hinduism has sacred books and one such is the Vedas.
There are four Vedas (Rigveda, Samveda, Atharvaveda, Yajurveda) out of which Rigveda is the oldest of Sanskrit hymns.
In the Rigveda Khand 7, Sanskrit hymn 856, it is written that God Brahma has said that a person can only call himself a Brahmin only till two births.
If he should call himself a Brahmin after it, he should not be believed in and should be penalized.
