Ritika downloaded some attachment from the internet onto her computer. When she opened those attachment she found that multiple copies of the same file has opened after sometime has system started rebooting itself. what do you think happened to her files and to her computer? How can this be prevented in future

I THINK THAT THE ATTACHMENT CONTAINED A BAT.EXE FILE WHICH HAD THE PERMISSION TO MESS WITH THE REGISTRY OF THAT COMPUTER AND I HAVE DONE SM HARM TO THE INTERNAL FILES NECESSARY TO BOOT THE COMPUTER. I COULD BE INTENTIONAL AND TO BE SAFE FROM THESE THINGS IN THE NEAR FUTURE SHE SHOULD USE A GOOD PAID ANTIVIRUS WITH REALTIME PROTECTION AND CONSULT TO A TECHNICAL EXPERT.
