 \underline{\blue{ Dimensions \:of \:a \: rectangular \:park :}}

 Length (l) = 14 \:m ,\: Breadth (b) = 4\:m

 Let \: side \: of \: a \: square \: park = a \:m

/* According to the problem given */

 \pink {Perimeter_{ (Square )} } = \blue { perimeter _{(rectangle)}}

 \implies 4a = 2( l + b )

 \implies 4a = 2( 14 + 4 )

 \implies a = \frac{2\times 18}{4}

 \implies a = 9 \: m

 \pink {Perimeter_{ (Square )} } = 4\times 9\:m \\= 36 \:m

 Area \:of \: the \: rectangular \:park = l\times b \\= 14 \: m \times 4 \:m \\= 56 \:m^{2}

 Area \:of \:the \: Square = a^{2} \\= (9 \:m )^{2} \\= 81 \:m^{2}
