It is given that, Romeo can distribute 200 copies of book per day.

Sandra is half as efficient as Romeo.  So, Sandra can distribute 200/2 = 100 copies of book per day.

Sandra is quarter as efficient as Mathew. So, Mathew can do 4 times work of Sandra per day. Therefore, Mathew can distribute 100*4 = 400 books per day.

Total books that can be distributed by all three in one day = 200 + 100 + 400 = 700

Total copies of book = 5000

Therefore, it takes 7 days to distribute 4900 copies of books and one day extra for the remaining 100 copies.

So, it takes 8 days to accomplish the target.
