Differences between raw food and cooked food are as follows:
*Raw foods are more nutritious than cooked food.
*we can directly take some useful nutrients, enzymes through raw food bt some important nutrients get destroyed during cooking process.
* Raw foods are more helpful in dieting or reducing fat in the comparison of cooked food...
