Roy takes ( pie * x ) /100 minutes time to circumambulate a circular park . what time will she take to cross the park straight along centre?

let the radius of the circular park = r
circumference = 2πr
so distance travelled = 2πr
time =  \frac{ \pi x}{100}\ minute

speed = \frac{distance}{time}= \frac{2 \pi r \times 100}{ \pi x}  = \frac{200r}{x}

If she crosses the park straight along centre,
distance = 2r 
time= \frac{distance}{speed}= \frac{2r}{200r/x}= \frac{2rx}{200r}= \frac{x}{100}\ minutes
