Ruma had breakfast at a Cafe and the cost of her breakfast was RS 24. she left a 10%tip. What was her total bill including the tip?

24+(24×10÷100)
=24+(2.4)
=26.4

therefore the cost of breakfast and tip was Rs 26.4
