base=24cm
height=10cm
area of the tile=height×base
                       =24×10
                          =240cm²=2.4m²(100cm=1m)
 tiles are required to cover a floor of area 1080 sq. m
=area of the floor/area of the tile
=1080/2.4
=450 tiles
