Saqib and Mukesh are working in this social setup for about 5 years. Everything here was quietly going and everything thing was OK till a new cheif for the social setup arrived. That new cheif completely mixed up all the positive systems there and not even show justice with the salaries of employees. He hired new employees by being bribed. He even take unnecessary amount from his clients and showing apathetic behavior towards the old employees like Saqib and Mukesh.

One day, Saqib went to the cheif's office and ask him about Saqib's as well as some other employees due salaries which hadn't payed on the right time, from the past 3 months. Saqib and Mukesh are also family friends they know each other's problems and issues. So, The cheif replied to saqib:

"Some of our clients have to pay their dues, as soon as they pay it, you guys will also receive half of your salary because this setup isn't going too much good and not making that much money like it do in past. So being a loyal employee show some patience."

Saqib returned empty handed. Only Saqib and Mukesh were left as the oldest ones. All other old employees left the company due to illegal and misbehaving skills of new cheif.

So justice is required for the senior workers of that setup. This social setup is basically a newspaper studio. A very local and entertaining newspaper who haven't that much reputation. New workers have not have to face that much difficulties as they are the own choice of the cheif,who shows specific favoritism towards them.

Saqib and Mukesh are mute victims because they aren't able to get a new job early and their is a member of their family who is admitted into hospital for heart transplant. They cannot do anything against the cheif. They are helpless and hopeful that cheif will give atleast half salary to them.
