4 Qualities Salesperson Should Posess;

1. Knowledge of the Product and Company :

He should be able to explain each and every aspect of the product i.e. its qualities, how to use it, what precautions to be taken, etc. He should be able to explain the business and service record of the company.

2. Good Behavior:

Good behavior enables one to win the confidence of the customers. He should not feel irritated if the buyer puts up many questions even if the questions are irrelevant.

3. Mental Attributes:

He needs to be intelligent and imaginative enough to understand the customer quickly and to read his mind accurately.

4. Professional Attributes:

A good salesman needs to have creative ability, leadership qualities, urge for excellence, optimism etc. Success in salesmanship requires sound education, wide knowledge and specialized training.

a good salesperson need to satisfy a client's need . the only way to find out what those are is by listing to what each prospect is saying. the best salesperson are not always talking.......

2. empathy.........

a good salesperson knows how to feel what their customer feel by getting inside a prospects skin they know how to sell a product or service . empathy is a great way to anticipate what a customer want.........

3. hunger..........

these folks also have a need to sell that goes beyond the money they have personal needs only a sale can help them with. in short their egos need to be fed with good sells number........

4.competitiveness..........

salespeople who succeed enjoy measuring their skills against their peers. in other words they are competitive . they don't just want to get better at what they do they want to be better than everyone.........
