(a) Since inertia is a measure of mass which is same for both bodies , so the ratio in inertia for two bodies will be 1/1.

(b) Momentum

P = m×v

P1 = m×v = mv

P2 = m×3v

P1/P2 = mv/3mv = 1/3.
