let the consicative 5 numbers are x ,x+1 ,x+2 ,x+3 ,x+4 and their sum is 190 so x +x+1+x+2+x+3+x+4=190 ; 10+5x=190 ; 5x=190-10=180 ; x=180/5 ; so x= 36 ....... now the smallest number from them is x=36 & greatest is x+4=36+4=40 ; and there sum is = 36+40 =76 ...........that's it
