The balance of the global conveyor belt will be gone. If all large amounts of cold water are added towards the polar regions,the warm surface flow will heat up Europe and North America and Africa will be heated up more than normal. The Pacific

and the Atlantic will heat up more. This will make Northern continents will become hot and Southern continents will become cold.
