segment AB is parallel to Y - axis . It means, slope of segment AB = tan90° = 1/0
Let assume point B = (x, y)

Now, if two point (x₁,y₁) and (x₂,y₂) are given then slope of line joining the points is given by by (y₂ - y₁)/(x₂- x₁)

So, slope of AB = (y - 3)/(x - 1)
1/0 = (y - 3)/(x -1)
x - 1 = 0 ⇒ x = 1
So, any points lies on line AB whose absissa must be 1
Here absissa of option (d) (1,3) is 1
so, option (d) is correct choice.
