let the digit at tens place be x and the digit at units place be y

the two digit no. is 10x + y
A/c - i
$10x + y = 4(x \times + y)$
$y = 2x \: \: - - (i)$
A/c - ii
10x +y= 3xy
10x +y = 6x^2
6x^3 = 12x
6x (x + 2)= 0
x = -2 or 0
but 0 is not acceptable
so ,
y = - 4
no. will be -24
