It is always better for the Government or the monarch to hear all the voices of the people.

It may be in, or it may be a dissent.

It is the era of non-violence, and any government of monarch shouldn’t use force to suppress the dissent.

Things can be resolved amicably through talks, and Indian Independence is one of the major examples non- violence solutions.
