Criminals should not be forgiven just because of human rights...
Because..
Constitution provides us our rights but in a condition that we also respect and care of other one's right also...
If we have the right of freedom that it doesn't meant that we have the freedom to kill someone or harm to someone...
Our right is valuable until we r using it clearly or for our development or social welfare...If because of right someone misbehaving then it should must be punished...
In that case of criminal all the rights are withdrawal because he didn't care of other one's right which was his duty....
