As AC and BD are diagonals....
length of AC =  \sqrt{(-1-3)^2+(4-0)^2}
= \sqrt{(-4)^2+(4)^2}
=\sqrt{32}
length of BD =  \sqrt{(-2-4)^2+(-1-5)^2}
= \sqrt{(-6)^2+(-6)^2}
=\sqrt{72}

Area of Rhombus = 1/2 (d1 * d2)
                             = 1/2 * √32 * √72
                             = 1/2 * √2304
                             = 1/2 * 48
                             = 24 sq units
