1) Madame Ranevsky: she is the main character of the story and she is the owner of The Cherry Orchard palace. She maintained a lavishing lifestyle from childhood. But she married a alcoholic person, but after that she moved on from this. She didn't follow any rules and conditions. She just enjoyed her life with her own way.

2) Barbara - Barbara is the oldest daughter of Madame. She married Lopakhin. Her family was against this marriage but she ran away and married him.
