Some places on the earth are always quite cold.

Some places are usually hot. This is due to factors like the location of the place, changing day and night air temperature and so on.

The difference between the highest temperature in Table 2 and the lowest temperature in Table 1 is 11.

look on your table that panaji and hyderabad are opposite state as we know that in equator or tropical or sub tropical has different temperature so in table 1 and in table 2 has different temprature as we listen with the peoples that in this place its rainy but in another not this is due to the difference in temperature.
