R1 = R2 = R3 = 9 ohm

R1+R2 in series = 18 ohm and in parallel with R3 - 9 Ohm

1/R = I/18 + 1/9

18/R = 1 + 2

R = 6 Ohm

So Two resistances in Series & in parallel with third one

(R1 in paraalel to R2  ) + R3 in series

1/(1/9+1/9) + 9

1/(2/9)  + 9

9/2  + 9

= 13.5 Ohm

So Two Resistances in Parallel and then resultant in series with Third one
